The Nutribox redesign

The Nutribox is a subscription service, delivering boxes of deliciously healthy gluten-free and vegan snacks to homes and workplaces around the UK. Despite proactive digital marketing, the Nutribox website and branding was not converting.

Challenge

The unique fact that the snacks were exclusively vegan and gluten-free was hidden in the messaging. The brand identity needed to be refined, the messaging clarified, and the customer journey simplified.

Solution

We designed the website with clear calls to action and a familiar customer journey, rebuilding it in WooCommerce. We reshot the product photography, rewrote the copy and refreshed the brand identity.

Nothing is boring about the mix of treats in their boxes, that needed to be celebrated and highlighted. We introduced a ‘What’s inside the box’ section and more information about the nutritional benefits of the snacks.

Results

A comparison of the conversion rate from the first three months after launch compared to the last three month before relaunch saw it increase from 0.37% to 2.85% and the average order value went up from £2.77 to £24.11
